In 2021, Sneh felt it was time to return to her roots in recruitment, bringing with her the invaluable experience gained from operations. She began assisting clients with end-to-end HR solutions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, KPI management, appraisals, and employee engagement. Through this work, she recognized a greater need in the industry: to bridge the gap between employers and employees.
