Inside Sales & Relationship Management Executive
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Relationship Management Executive to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in converting leads into clients by confidently presenting business setup and compliance services, managing relationships post-sale, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to engage and convert leads.
- Present and confidently sell business setup and compliance packages tailored to client needs.
- Follow up diligently on leads using the CRM system and close deals within defined timelines.
🔹 Relationship Management
- Manage client onboarding and serve as a key point of contact post-sale.
- Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, compliance, accounts) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
🔹 Client Experience & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including all client interactions and progress updates.
- Ensure prompt communication and high standards of professionalism in every client interaction.
- Track, report, and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or relationship management.
- Prior experience in business setup, SAAS, or compliance services in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.
- Multilingual candidates (Arabic, Hindi etc.) will have an added advantage.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to explain services with clarity and confidence.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
